Exchange Policy for eBooks (PDF)
We strive to provide high-quality eBooks with a smooth and instant download experience.
Since our products are digital and delivered immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds. However, we do provide file replacements in specific cases.
Cases Eligible for File Replacement
We will resend or replace your file if:
The file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened.
You did not receive the download link within a reasonable time after payment (despite entering a correct email).
You received a product that does not match the description on the product page (different title or content).
In such cases, we will resend the correct file or a fresh copy at no extra cost.
Refunds Are Not Available
We cannot issue refunds under any circumstances for the following reasons:
Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned.”
We cannot verify that the product has not been used once downloaded.
Our prices are symbolic compared to the value of the content provided.
How to Request a File Replacement
Please contact us within 3 days of purchase via the Contact Us page.
Include your order number, the email used for purchase, and a clear explanation of the issue.
We will resolve your request within 24–48 business hours.
